Introduction
The Enode App Ecosystem Update in 2025 is set to revolutionize fitness tracking. This year marks significant milestones as we transition from Enode One and Enode Pro to the new Enode App.
We are currently in Phase 2 of 3 in the ecosystem update, so what does this entail?
From today, individual users of the Enode Pro app can migrate to the new Enode app and take advantage of its features. Along with the Phase 1 featured Apple Watch tracking capabilities, the new Enode app can now be used with an Enode Sensor, Enode Eleiko Bar Sensor Kit and Apple Watch or even without any sensor with manual tracking. The Enode app for individual users can be used for free like the Enode Pro app but also brings an optional subscription tailored for single users with advanced features. Like the basic version of the soon-to-be retired Enode Pro app, all metrics and exercises are available in the basic version of the new Enode app as well.
Other new features available in the Phase 2 release:
- Ai-based workout programming (One+)
- Manual tracking (perfect for lifts that you don’t want to track with a sensor)
- Greatly expanded exercise library and creation features
- Superset creation
- Advanced insights like muscle utilization (One+)
Below you can see where we are on our timeline, what has been completed and what is yet to come…
