When will my order be shipped?

Depending on the time of ordering, orders are generally packed and leave the next business day. Please note that there may be other information on the respective product pages. If you order a product under the indication of a backorder, the shipment may be delayed until the goods are back in stock.

How long will it take for the package to reach me?

This varies from country to country. Since we only use non-DHL in exceptional cases, you can check the current delivery times to each country on the following website. We always ship with Premium if possible.

Do you also ship to country XYZ and how much does it cost?

We deliver worldwide with the exceptions of Taiwan, Belarus, Ukraine and Russia. You can see the cost of shipping after entering the address during checkout.

Should I expect further costs?

The prices listed on the product pages include VAT and other price components. This does not apply if the country of delivery is outside the European Union. Then, depending on the country, additional customs duties and import VAT may apply. Please inform yourself about the rules that apply in your country.

In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate for shipping depending on the destination country. The shipping costs will be clearly indicated in the shopping cart and checkout.

For our digital products, there are no shipping costs.

If your order is already shown as completed, you should have received an email from us regarding the tracking information. Otherwise, you can view all shipping-related information on the corresponding account page.
