Enode One tracks your gym sessions and directs your performance in real time. Input your reps-in-reserve and the app estimates your 1RM, suggests the right weight for your next set, and keeps you training in the zone that matches your goals. Pair it with an Apple Watch for automatic rep counting, or add the Enode Sensor for the most complete picture - bar speed, force, power, and spatial movement data captured every single rep.

Feedback view
There are 3 live feedback views to choose from depending on your mood or preference. Metric mode displays your selected metrics, these can be pre-defined before a session or changed in training. Technique mode which highlights the lifting technique with several bar path charts. The third is extended mode which displays reps in a chart view, plus training adaptations and exertion metrics.

Warmups/rest
With Enode One+, you can choose to have Enode recommend your warm up sets for you as well as rest times. These will both be adjusted in real time, dependent on your performance.

Smart Training Plans (One+)
With Enode One+, you get an individualised training programme generated from your goals, your schedule, and the equipment you have available. The system adapts as you go, and if you have a session that wasn't planned, it will suggest a workout that fits your readiness on that day. If you use an Apple Watch, your Apple Health data feeds into your readiness score so training intensity reflects how your body is actually doing.
