When will my order be shipped?

Depending on the time of ordering, orders are generally packed and leave the next business day. Please note that there may be other information on the respective product pages. If you order a product marked as a backorder, the shipment may be delayed until the goods are back in stock.

How long will it take for the package to reach me?

This varies from country to country. We ship with DHL (other carriers only in exceptional cases) and use DHL Premium where possible. Current delivery times per country are published by DHL here: DHL Paket International – delivery times.

Do you ship to my country, and what does it cost?

We deliver worldwide with the exception of Taiwan, Belarus, Ukraine, Israel, Brazil and Russia. The shipping cost is shown after you enter your address during checkout.

Should I expect further costs?

The prices listed on the product pages include VAT and all other price components. This does not apply if the country of delivery is outside the European Union. In that case, depending on the country, additional customs duties and import VAT may apply. Please inform yourself about the rules that apply in your country.

In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate for shipping depending on the destination country. The shipping costs are clearly indicated in the shopping cart and at checkout.

There are no shipping costs for our digital products.

Where is my shipment?

If your order is already shown as fulfilled, you should have received an email from us with the tracking information. Otherwise, you can view all shipping-related information in your customer account.

Wann wird meine Bestellung verschickt?

Je nach Bestellzeitpunkt werden Bestellungen in der Regel am nächsten Werktag gepackt und verlassen unser Haus. Bitte beachten Sie abweichende Hinweise auf den jeweiligen Produktseiten. Bestellen Sie ein Produkt, das als Nachbestellung (Backorder) gekennzeichnet ist, kann sich der Versand verzögern, bis die Ware wieder auf Lager ist.

Wie lange dauert die Lieferung?

Liefern Sie in mein Land, und was kostet das?

Wir liefern weltweit, mit Ausnahme von Taiwan, Belarus, der Ukraine, Israel, Brasilien und Russland. Die Versandkosten werden Ihnen angezeigt, sobald Sie im Checkout Ihre Adresse eingegeben haben.

Kommen weitere Kosten auf mich zu?

Die auf den Produktseiten angegebenen Preise enthalten die Umsatzsteuer und alle sonstigen Preisbestandteile. Dies gilt nicht, wenn das Lieferland außerhalb der Europäischen Union liegt. Dann können je nach Land zusätzlich Zölle und Einfuhrumsatzsteuer anfallen. Bitte informieren Sie sich über die in Ihrem Land geltenden Regeln.

Zusätzlich zu den angegebenen Preisen berechnen wir eine Versandkostenpauschale, die vom Lieferland abhängt. Die Versandkosten werden im Warenkorb und im Checkout deutlich ausgewiesen.

Für unsere digitalen Produkte fallen keine Versandkosten an.
