Shipping Information
We ship worldwide with a few exceptions. Depending on the time of ordering, orders are generally shipped the next business day. Delivery times vary from country to country. You can check the current delivery times to each country on the following website. We always ship with Premium if possible.
Naturally, our Enode account, when used in conjunction with one of our sensors, provides the ideal solution for in-depth analysis of your daily strength training. If you intend to utilize our products in a professional setting with clients or athletes, we would recommend our Enode Pro+ for optimal results. Are you issuing an invoice or any comparable receipt?
As with any other purchase, you will receive a proper invoice from us. If applicable, this invoice will also contain all information for special tax cases. If you have a company within the EU and are entitled to deduct input tax, please enter your EU VAT ID during checkout. The VAT will then be deducted automatically, if applicable. Invoices are also issued in the e-invoice standard known in several EU countries.
What payment methods are available?
The available payment methods vary by country and cannot be answered in general terms. However, the payment methods that are always available are PayPal and payment by credit card via our payment service provider Stripe, which also offers various country-specific payment methods. The specific payment methods available to you will be shown at the checkout.
What are the shipping costs and any other costs?
The prices listed on the product pages include VAT and other price components. This does not apply if the country of delivery is outside the European Union. Then, depending on the country, additional customs duties and import VAT may apply.
Please inform yourself about the rules that apply in your country.
In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate for shipping depending on the destination country. The shipping costs will be clearly indicated in the shopping cart and checkout.
For our digital products, there are no shipping costs.
Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver worldwide with the exceptions of Taiwan, Belarus, Israel, Ukraine, and Russia. Please note that additional costs for customs duties and fees may apply for all shipping countries outside the European Union.
