Devices and stations

Category: Enode Pro portal

Two words that sound alike and mean different things:

  • A device is a phone or tablet signed in to your account.
  • A station is a recording spot. One tablet can host up to three stations, which is how one device runs three workouts at once.

Your plan includes a number of stations; devices themselves are not the limited resource. The Devices page (Workspace group) is where you see and manage both.

Reading the page

The subtitle sums up the account at a glance, for example "12 devices, 8 / 20 stations". The table lists every signed-in device with its type, when it was last used, and how many stations it holds. The device you are reading from wears a You badge. Search and filter chips ("uses stations" / "no stations") narrow the list.

Managing stations

Open a device to rename it or change how many stations it may use. If the account is at its limit, the page flags the devices holding the most stations, which is exactly the list to trim. Account owners also see a capacity meter that changes tone as you approach the plan's limit, with options to review station plans when you outgrow it.

*A station running feedback mode only does not count towards your station limit.

Removing devices

Select devices and delete them to sign them out and free their stations, the usual cleanup when hardware is replaced. If no devices are listed at all, nobody has signed in to the app yet; the page links to the app stores to get started.
