Enode Pro makes a comeback
Since bringing our individual and professional apps together, something great has happened: the number of athletes training with Enode has grown fast. That growth, combined with your feedback, made the next step clear.
Not just to restore what was, but to improve on what we do for you.
So we're splitting the app back into two, each built to serve its group better, and more importantly, to serve you better. A dedicated experience for individual athletes, and a focused Enode Pro for coaches, teams, and organisations. Two products, two purposes, and a better fit for how each of you actually trains.
Here's what's changing, and what isn't:
Two focused apps, built for how you actually train
We're launching a new updated Enode Pro app, available on iOS and Android, designed specifically for coaches, teams, and institutions who need more.
Most importantly, your day-to-day workflow doesn't change.
Users who are still using the old Enode Pro app will only need to update the application (plus migrate their data to the web portal). Those who already migrated to the Enode app will be prompted to download the new Enode Pro app and can continue as normal after. Alongside this update, the web portal has also been overhauled as well.
The Enode app returns to its roots as a dedicated iOS experience for individual athletes. Clean, focused, and built around your personal training.
Free athlete profiles are back
We heard you. Free accounts on Enode Pro will include a couple of athlete profiles again, so you can get started without a subscription.
New features included at launch
The new Enode Pro app arrives with 8+ new features at launch. More on those below.
What this means for you
If you're an individual athlete using the Enode app on iOS: nothing changes on your end. Your app, your data, your workflow, all intact.
If you're a coach or work with multiple athletes: the new Enode Pro app is built for you. More powerful, and more flexible than before.
If you're an Android user training individually: Enode Pro's free tier gives you everything you need to get started, including those athlete profiles.
When does this happen?
The new Enode Pro app is set to launch in a couple of weeks time. We'll send full migration details before then.

New Enode Pro app features
- Multi-edit function - when programming, you will be able to select multiple exercises and add the same programming blocks to all selected exercises at the same time, reducing time spent setting up workouts.
- Sensor sharing between stations in multi-station mode.
- Load adjustment velocity profile guidelines (individual to user, see image below).
- Full jump analysis breakdown - charts for jumps will breakdown the movement into phases.
- Next athlete/Next exercise notifications - As with load recommendations, the new app will have a pop-up to notify an athlete change after a set is complete. Tapping the notification automatically changes the view to the next athlete. This also happens when a change of exercise is to happen.
- Offline workouts - download workouts to your device to perform when you have no internet connection.
- Full set video recording and full set video sharing.
- Video loop function - keeps video playing as you analyse the synced charts in the technique tab.
- Slow motion video play back.

New portal features
- New dashboard overview
- Drag and drop calendar for workout scheduling
- Insights tab for creating custom charts
- Brand new 'Live Performance Hub'

Key points:
- Individual athletes on iOS stay on the Enode app. No disruption, no migration needed.
- Android users training individually will use the Enode Pro app free tier.
- Coaches and teams move to the new Enode Pro app (migration of data will be needed if you currently use the old Enode Pro app, details will be sent out closer to the release).
We will reach out again soon, when the new format is ready for you all.
