Naturally, our Enode account, when used in conjunction with one of our sensors, provides the ideal solution for in-depth analysis of your daily strength training. If you intend to utilize our products in a professional setting with clients or athletes, we would recommend our Enode Pro+ for optimal results. As with any other purchase, you will receive a proper invoice from us. If applicable, this invoice will also contain all information for special tax cases. If you have a company within the EU and are entitled to deduct input tax, please enter your EU VAT ID during checkout. The VAT will then be deducted automatically, if applicable. Invoices are also issued in the e-invoice standard known in several EU countries.

The available payment methods vary by country and cannot be answered in general terms. However, the payment methods that are always available are PayPal and payment by credit card via our payment service provider Stripe, which also offers various country-specific payment methods. The specific payment methods available to you will be shown at the checkout.

The prices listed on the product pages include VAT and other price components. This does not apply if the country of delivery is outside the European Union. Then, depending on the country, additional customs duties and import VAT may apply.

In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate for shipping depending on the destination country. The shipping costs will be clearly indicated in the shopping cart and checkout.

For our digital products, there are no shipping costs.

We deliver worldwide with the exceptions of Taiwan, Belarus, Israel, Ukraine, and Russia. Please note that additional costs for customs duties and fees may apply for all shipping countries outside the European Union.
