Switching to the new Enode Pro

If you are an individual using iOS - migrate from the old Enode Pro app to the Enode One (Orange) application. You can migrate your data to the new database from within the application (Profile → Account → Bottom (Import Data)). Keep in mind that any manually created exercises that you created in the old Enode Pro app should be re-created in the Enode One app (if they do not exist in the newer larger exercise library) before you migrate your data. This is to ensure that the data that moves across to the Enode One app can be assigned the correct exercise.

If you are a multi-athlete organisation and are moving from the old Enode Pro app on either Android or iOS, to the new Enode Pro application you can follow the instructions below.

The new Enode Pro runs on both iOS and Android. How you switch depends on which app you are using today. Find your situation below.

I already use the Enode Pro app

Your data moves over in two steps: update the app, then migrate your data in The Portal.

Step 1: Update the app

Download the new Enode Pro from the App Store or Google Play. Sign in with your usual email address.

Step 2: Migrate your data in The Portal

  1. Open The Portal at portal.enode.ai and sign in with your email and the one-time code. If your account is new and empty, the Dashboard shows a Migrate your data banner that starts the flow directly; otherwise open the Import menu in the sidebar footer and choose Migrate data.

  1. Connect your old account. Enter the email address of the account you are migrating from. A one-time code goes to that account's inbox; entering it loads everything that can be brought over.

  1. Select what to bring. Choose whether to import your workout templates, pick a timeframe, and select the groups and athletes to migrate. Everything is pre-selected, so for most accounts this step is a quick review. You may need to select athletes and add height and weight details id they are missing.

  1. Map your exercises. Line up each old exercise with its Enode equivalent, or ignore ones you no longer need. Every exercise must be matched or ignored before you can continue.

  1. Confirm. A second one-time code, this time sent to your own email, authorises the import. The migration then runs in the background: you can keep using the portal, and the notifications bell tracks progress.

Once it completes, your athletes, workouts and training history are available in the new app.

My organisation uses the Enode app

If your team has been training with the Enode app, you only need to download the new Enode Pro app and sign in. Your data is already in place; there is nothing to migrate.

Going forward, the Enode app is becoming Enode One, built for individual athletes. Organisations, coaches and teams belong on Enode Pro.

I have a legacy One account

Enode Pro is for organisation accounts. If you sign in with a legacy One account, the app will point you to the One app instead. You can register an organisation (name and email) directly in the app, or start a migration from your legacy account when prompted.

After switching

  • Your athlete data, workout templates and The Portal all carry over.
  • Sign-in works the same way: enter your email and type in the one-time code from your inbox.
  • If something looks missing after switching, sign out, sign back in, and pull down to refresh the workout list. If it is still missing, contact support from Settings → Help & support.
