Creating exercises can be performed in various ways. If you have an individual account, you can create exercises in the app or in the web portal. If you are an organisation, exercise creation is performed in the web portal only. The process is the same as below, apart from where to access the exercise creation tab. Portal instructions are further below.
*An important note either way would be that if the system tells you the exercise already exists, but you still want to create your exercise, make sure you add some form of variation - using the variation presets or by creating your own.
Single-users
To create an exercise, go to Profile and tap on Exercises and then hit the plus button in the top right corner. You can then choose the movement type. For this example, we will choose the chest press.

Then you can select the exercise type (here we chose Bench Press), your equipment (here we chose kettlebell), and your position.

You have multiple tags that you can select, as well as choosing if it is a single limb or bilateral movement, with unilateral you can choose if you want to track both sides separately. You also have a section where you can add your own variation tag at the bottom. Then just type in the name of the exercise and give it a star rating if you wish. You can also add a note in the details box. Hit create, and your exercise will be saved to your exercise library.

Creating an exercise on the web portal (One and Pro users)
Just like the process above, organisational users can create an exercise in the web portal. Go to portal.enode.ai and tap exercises in the left menu. When the screen opens, tap the add exercise button in the top right and follow the step-by-step instructions just like above.
